Our return policy allows items to be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging; customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged. You can exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days (delivery fee excluded), with free exchanges for defective or damaged items.
